I got to see my amazing SIXTH grade student at toswon!!! No, she is NOT in sixth grade anymore, but we still stay close after all of these years!!! She is a freshman and doing SO well! My super smart girl is rocking it and taking the world by on storm one day at a time! I loved my time with you, honey!!!

A night out for McKee's 32nd!!

Last night, hubby and I drove up to Jersey for an awesome night out! It was McKee's 32nd birthday and Steph threw him a night of crazy fun with his close friends! We started at Benihana's for some delish food, drinks...which included shots of Jamison and pickle juice (that is what is in the wine glass below...pickle juice!!!), and then off to Dublin's for more drinks and fun!!
I have to say, it was SUPER wonderful to be out with this group of amazing people and to see all of my high school boys (and even some of the newer friends I have met over the years) with these hot, smart, and AWESOME women!! Congrats to those of you who are newly engaged! Enjoy that journey, as it is a fun one!! I had so much fun meeting you guys, enjoying the night with McKee, one of my best friends since I was a kid, spending time with old friends, and of course getting to have my Mike there (since he didn't have a gig on a Saturday)!!! Love to all of you!!! Thanks for being my blog followers!! LOL!!

An amazing trip to Cali!!!!!!!!!

I just got back from an enlightening trip out west, to Southern California!! First stop was to visit my brother near Thousand Oaks. We had so much fun going mini-golfing, playing old-school arcade games like we were little, all you can eat sushi, lying on the beach in Ventura, shopping, etc.....a major highlight was that I finally got to watch my brother's band (Alekfin) rehearse....and they are OFF the hook!!! SO talented and I was so completely proud watching these musicians. Ad, thanks for an amazing time. I always love every minute I get to spend with you!!

Next, we visited our cousins, Shawn and Shreya (and their new sweet little baby, Zahin)! We had such a nice visit with them and I am loving how sweet their new little family is!! Thank you guys for having us over for dinner and for just spending some fun with with us!!! we love you very much!!

Spending time with my boy, Ian, was also perfect!!! we went to his pad and hung out with him and his friend, Brian! We laughed the night away!! LOVED seeing you, Ian!!!! Super Saiyan!!! I admire you and the way you take life "by the horns" more than I may have ever expressed to you:)

I then took a train to San Diego to visit The Irwins!!! It was so wonderful to see my sweet friend, and her wonderful family, so darn happy!!! They have this perfect, cozy home, two blocks from the beach....we rode bikes to dinner, ate yummy food, relaxed on the gorgeous beach, and toured the city!! One of the highlights was our surfing adventure...take a look at our video for more details (see the post above)!!! Thank you guys for such an EPIC trip!!! I can't wait to come back!!!

A visit from my cousin!!!

Tracey came for a visit this past weekend! It was awesome...not a surprise when you're with Tracey! We laughed a LOT and she gave me good perspectives on life....I must say, not to be cheesy, but Tracey is seriously one of the strongest people I know. She tackles life with a smile on her face and with an amazing attitude of gratitude. I am just honored ot be her relative!! And friend:)We went to a winery with Coley and Dustin, we ate at Buddy's on our visit to the city dock in Annapolis and we just hung out!! Thank you coming, love! Mike and I welcome you back ANY time!!
